Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge Makes Maiden Visit to Odisha; Sets Party Strategy

Bhubaneswar: Mallikarjun Kharge, the President of the Congress Party, graced Odisha with his presence today, marking his inaugural visit to the state since assuming the role of the head of the All India Congress Committee (AICC).

The Congress chief landed at Bhubaneswar airport in the afternoon, where he was warmly received by a large contingent of Congress workers and supporters. The enthusiastic crowd accompanied him to the Congress Bhawan at Master Canteen.

After a brief stop at Congress Bhawan, Kharge is scheduled to address party workers at a grand rally in the Lower PMG area of Bhubaneswar. Later in the evening, he is slated to conduct a strategic meeting with senior Congress leaders at the party office, focusing on discussions related to the party’s upcoming electoral plans.

This visit serves as a pivotal moment for the Congress Party in Odisha, as it aligns with Kharge’s mission to bolster the party’s presence and strategize effectively for the forthcoming elections. The engagement with party workers and leaders reflects the Congress president’s commitment to revitalizing the political landscape and fostering a strong and united Congress in the state.
