CHSE Odisha Releases Advisory for Plus 2 Examinations Beginning Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, issued an advisory today for students appearing in the upcoming Plus 2 examinations starting tomorrow, February 16.

Examinees are urged to arrive at the exam center 30 minutes early to ensure timely entry into the hall, with 15 minutes to spare before the commencement of the exam. Students will receive the answer copy 10 minutes in advance, while the question paper will be provided 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled start.

To avoid discrepancies, students are advised to carefully check the serial number and page number of the answer sheet upon receiving it and promptly report any errors. If there are page number or printing errors in the question paper, students should notify the overseeing teachers during the examination.

The CHSE emphasizes that only black ballpoint pens and admit cards are permissible in the examination hall, and other items are strictly prohibited.

Noteworthy is the board’s decision to extend an additional one hour of time for differently-abled students taking the Plus 2 examinations this year.

The Plus 2 exams are scheduled to continue until March 20, 2024, with a single shift from 10 am to 1 pm.

The CHSE anticipates the participation of more than 3.5 lakh students across 1,145 examination centers in Odisha during these board examinations. Students are encouraged to adhere to the guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair examination process.
