
Chief of Indian Army Staff Attends Opening Ceremony of India-Uzbekistan Joint Military Exercise 'DUSTLIK'
Termez: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Manoj Pande graced the opening ceremony of the India-Uzbekistan joint military Exercise ‘DUSTLIK’ in Termez, Uzbekistan, today, reaffirming the growing partnership between the two nations in defence cooperation.
General Pande’s visit to the training area marks a significant step in fostering the bond between India and Uzbekistan in matters of defense and security. The COAS, who is on a four-day official visit to the country, emphasized the importance of the bilateral relationship between the armed forces of both nations.
During the opening ceremony, General Pande addressed and interacted with troops from both contingents participating in the exercise. He commended the dedication and joint efforts of the soldiers, highlighting their hard work and commitment to enhancing cooperation between India and Uzbekistan in the realm of defense.
