
Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik has appointed MLA and seasoned party leader Samir Ranjan Dash as the Observer for Dhenkanal Parliamentary Constituency. Additionally, Arundhati Kumari Devi from Deogarh has been appointed as the State General Secretary of BJD.
