Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has opened the online application process for allotment of 496 apartments under its Ekamra Residency housing project at Subudhipur, with interested applicants able to apply till October 31.
The apartments will be allotted through a lottery, with the current scheme covering two blocks comprising 288 2BHK-plus-study units and 208 2BHK apartments.
Spread over around 7.34 acres, Ekamra Residency has been planned as a residential complex with facilities including covered parking, a community centre, gymnasium, rooftop swimming pool, lifts, security arrangements and power backup.
The project is also connected to major city roads and transport points, while schools, healthcare facilities and other essential destinations are accessible from the residential complex.
“BDA has invited applications for allotment of 496 apartments under the Ekamra Residency project. The apartments will be allotted through a lottery process, and interested applicants can submit their applications online within the stipulated period,” said BDA Vice-Chairman Chanchal Rana.
Applicants have to create a Unique Account Number (UAN), which is mandatory for transactions through BDA’s Property Allotment System. During UAN registration, applicants will have to provide valid documents as proof of their date of birth and address.
The online platform will facilitate different stages of the allotment process, including submission of applications, scrutiny, lottery, provisional allotment and online payment.
Applicants are required to pay an application fee of Rs 10,000 along with a Security Deposit (EMD) of Rs 2 lakh, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
