Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan Welcomes Public Amidst Extended Hours for Udyan Utsav-1, 2024

 

New Delhi:  In a bid to offer citizens an extended rendezvous with nature and history, the iconic Amrit Udyan of Rashtrapati Bhavan is now open for public viewing until March 31, 2024, as part of Udyan Utsav-1, 2024. This announcement brings exciting news for enthusiasts and nature lovers seeking to explore the verdant beauty of the President’s estate.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the serenity of Amrit Udyan six days a week, excluding Mondays. The revised viewing hours, now from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm, with the last entry permitted until 05:00 pm, aim to provide a more flexible schedule for individuals to enjoy the sprawling gardens at their leisure.

Previously, the Udyan welcomed visitors until 5:00 pm, with the last entry at 4:00 pm. This extension offers an additional hour, allowing patrons to savor the beauty of the gardens and the architectural marvels within the Rashtrapati Bhavan estate.

To facilitate a seamless experience, Rashtrapati Bhavan introduces an online booking system. Prospective visitors can secure their spot by booking in advance at https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/visit/amrit-udyan/rE. This user-friendly platform aims to simplify the planning process for those eager to explore Amrit Udyan.

For spontaneous visitors, walk-ins are also accommodated. Registration can be done at facilitation counters or the Self Service Kiosk located near Gate No. 12 of Rashtrapati Bhavan, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to revel in the enchanting surroundings.
