New Delhi: In a move towards promoting a people-centric governance model, Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying, Parshottam Rupala, held an interactive session with Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ officials of the Ministry at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. The session aimed to involve employees in decision-making processes and gather valuable insights for effective governance.
The meeting, attended by the Secretary of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying and senior officers, emphasized the importance of feedback and suggestions from officials to enhance the working of the government and improve the implementation of schemes, particularly in the farmers and livestock sectors.
Parshottam Rupala urged Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ officials to provide suggestions that could contribute to the betterment of existing schemes and their more efficient execution by the ministries. He assured that the government would actively consider the recommendations put forth by the employees, reflecting the commitment to incorporating diverse perspectives for the benefit of the farmers and the livestock sector.
The Union Minister expressed gratitude for the valuable inputs received during the interactive session and assured the officials that their suggestions would be appropriately addressed to enhance the overall functioning of the department.
