Sambhal: In a momentous occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the Shri Kalki Dham Temple in Sambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant addition to India’s spiritual landscape. The Prime Minister, accompanied by saints, religious leaders, and dignitaries, unveiled the model of the temple, emphasizing its importance as a new center of India’s spirituality.
Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this auspicious event, Prime Minister Modi conveyed his best wishes to citizens and pilgrims worldwide. He acknowledged the 18-year wait for the inauguration and affirmed his commitment to completing unfinished tasks with the blessings of the people and saints.
On the occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Jayanti, Prime Minister Modi credited Shivaji Maharaj for India’s cultural revival, instilling pride in our identity and confidence. He paid homage to Shivaji Maharaj, highlighting his role in shaping India’s cultural renaissance.
Describing the architectural marvel of the temple, the Prime Minister detailed its ten garbh grihas, where all ten avatars of the Lord will be seated. He emphasized the significance of experiencing the consciousness of the Lord in various forms, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to lay the foundation stone.
Reflecting on recent spiritual and cultural milestones, including the consecration of Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the temple in Abu Dhabi, Prime Minister Modi noted that what was once beyond imagination has now become a reality. He underscored the simultaneous development of pilgrimage centers and high-tech urban infrastructure, illustrating India’s commitment to both heritage and development.
Linking the event to India’s recent achievements, the Prime Minister mentioned Vishwanath Dham in Kashi, transformation of Kashi, Mahakaal Mahalok, Somnath, and Kedarnath Dham. He emphasized the mantra of ‘Vikas bhi Virasat Bhi’ (Development along with heritage) and highlighted the diverse achievements in India’s developmental journey.
Referring to the consecration of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Prime Minister Modi spoke about the initiation of a new ‘kaal chakra’ (circle of time) since January 22, 2024. He emphasized the impact of Lord Shri Ram’s rule and how India, with Ram Lalla’s presence, is embarking on a new journey.
Discussing the concept of Shri Kalki, the initiator of change in the ‘kaal chakra,’ Prime Minister Modi praised Acharya Pramod Krishnam for advancing these beliefs. He acknowledged the long battle fought by Acharya ji for the establishment of Kalki temple and commended his dedication to religion and spirituality.
Reflecting on India’s current state, Prime Minister Modi emphasized that the country is setting an example rather than following others. He listed achievements in digital technology, economic growth, space exploration, and infrastructure development, asserting that India’s capabilities are infinite.
Highlighting collective efforts, Prime Minister Modi credited citizens for their role in the government’s initiatives. He spoke about the spirit of service to the poor and the need to uphold India’s spiritual values, emphasizing the principle of ‘Nar mein Narayan’ (existence of God in the people).
As India enters a new ‘Kartavya Kaal’ for the next 25 years, Prime Minister Modi called for relentless action, selfless service, and a focus on the nation’s benefit. He urged citizens to embrace the five principles of ‘building a Viksit Bharat’ and ‘taking pride in our heritage.’
