Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Council for Child Welfare, in collaboration with the Department of Women and Child Development, organized a special function in Bhubaneswar to recognize the exceptional achievements of children. The event, held at [venue], witnessed the felicitation of young winners who excelled in various competitions, highlighting their innate talents and skills.
Dr. Minati Behera, Chairman of the Odisha State Women Commission, graced the occasion as the chief guest, extending her heartfelt congratulations to the young achievers. Dr. Behera, in her address, emphasized the importance of determination and hard work, encouraging the children to pursue their dreams with zeal and dedication. She also expressed her gratitude to all District Child Protection Officers for their commendable efforts in organizing the painting competition at the district level, which served as a platform for nurturing young talent.
During the ceremony, prizes, certificates, and trophies were awarded to 20 winners of the painting competition held in Bhubaneswar, along with 45 winners from the state-level competition. The recognition bestowed upon these talented youngsters serves as a testament to their creativity and artistic prowess.
