The release took place on the occasion of his 117th Janma Jayanti at Navlakhi Ground, Vadodara, with Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendrabhai Patel, Pujyashree Deepakbhai Desai, and Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Post Master General, present to celebrate this momentous event.
