The programme included training on soft skills and role-specific capabilities such as assembly line operations and customer care. This culminated in the mega recruitment fair, which saw over 3,000 youth attending walk-in interviews.

The recruitment drive, which connected youth with employers from Rajasthan and neighboring regions, focused on positioning Bharatpur as a hub for skilled workforce development. Industries such as tourism, hospitality, logistics, and automotive sectors took part in the event, offering a wide variety of roles to local candidates.

In addition to Chaudhary, the event was attended by distinguished guests including  K K Vishnoi, Minister of State, Skill and Employment and Entrepreneurship, Government of Rajasthan; Suresh Singh Rawat, Minister, Department of Water Resources, Government of Rajasthan; Ramgopal Suthar, Chairman, Vishwakarma Kaushal Board, Government of Rajasthan; Dr. Subhash Garg, MLA, Bharatpur; and Mahendra Payaal, Chief Programme Officer, NSDC.
