Air Chief Marshal AP Singh Visits Forward Bases in Jammu on Diwali Eve

Jammu: On the eve of Diwali, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, visited Jammu and several forward locations where Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel are stationed. The visit underscored the Air Force’s commitment to national security and provided a morale boost to the air warriors and Agniveers deployed in these strategic areas.

During his visit, Air Chief Marshal Singh conducted a thorough assessment of the operational readiness at these forward bases, reviewing key aspects of preparedness and defense mechanisms in place. In his interaction with the stationed personnel, he highlighted the critical importance of maintaining heightened vigilance and readiness to address national security concerns effectively.

Commending the dedication and resilience of the air warriors serving in these frontier areas, he acknowledged their unwavering commitment and selfless duty. His presence during the festival season served as a testament to the IAF’s focus on troop welfare and motivation, especially for those deployed far from their families during Diwali.
